We are currently seeking a licensed and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide virtual services to a school district in New York under a 1099 contract.
Position Overview:
As a fully remote school-based Physical Therapist, you will work with K12 students, delivering therapy services aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This role is perfect for tech-savvy, self-driven professionals passionate about supporting student success in a virtual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions in accordance with IEP goals

Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers via virtual meetings

Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes that comply with school and state regulations

Participate in IEP meetings to assist with planning and progress monitoring

Provide therapy services using VocoVisions secure teletherapy platform
Requirements:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Active New York Physical Therapist license (required)

Minimum of 2 years experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred

Prior teletherapy experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Comfortable utilizing technology and virtual platforms

Must successfully complete VocoVisions basic tech screening
