A contracted Physical Therapist specializing in telehealth and school-based services is sought for a role in Antioch, CA. This position focuses on delivering physical therapy support to students within the educational environment through virtual platforms and direct school visits.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs.
• Providing telehealth therapy sessions to ensure continuous access to care.
