A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in school-based telehealth services. This full-time position involves providing therapeutic support to students in a school environment. The role focuses on delivering PT services to K-12 students, addressing individual needs to enhance their physical development and educational experience.

Employment Type: Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting physical therapy assessments and treatments via telehealth and in-person within the school setting
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for students
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting treatments as necessary to meet goals
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participating in team meetings and contributing expert insights related to physical therapy interventions
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapy license with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy
- Proven ability to deliver telehealth services effectively
- Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with K-12 educational settings and child developmental milestones
- Ability to manage caseloads independently and prioritize student needs
