Remote Physical Therapy - MO

A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in school-based telehealth and in-person services. This role supports K-12 students with a caseload primarily focused on middle and elementary school populations, encompassing both general and self-contained settings.

Location: Chaffee, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services via telehealth and onsite within the school environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff and support teams to facilitate student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and district requirements.
• Participate in remote interviews and onboarding processes as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure.
• Experience working within school settings preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery.
• Ability to manage caseloads involving various age groups from early childhood through adolescence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Employment Details:
