Remote Physical Therapy - Arizona

A contract opportunity is available for a physical therapist specializing in school-based telehealth and in-person services to support student needs in a small school district in Lakeside, AZ. This per diem position covers the 26/27 school year, offering flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students physical therapy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services both through telehealth platforms and on-site within the school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
• Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student progress and adapt strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and regulations.
• Participate in meetings regarding student IEPs and support multidisciplinary team efforts.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
