A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role is based in Modesto, CA, and focuses on delivering remote therapeutic interventions to support student health and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatments via telehealth platforms, ensuring compliance with school-based therapy standards.
• Collaborate with educational staff to create and implement individualized therapy plans that address student needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary to promote optimal student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional guidelines.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and FERPA regulations.
• Previous experience working in a school environment is highly preferred.
