A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in telehealth and school-based services. This position serves students with moderate to severe disabilities across multiple school sites. The role is itinerant, providing therapy services across various locations within North Lakewood, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Conduct telehealth sessions and in-person treatments as needed.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with educators and support staff across multiple school sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Adapt therapy plans to meet individualized student needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant school-based experience.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Ability to work with moderate to severe disabilities in school settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites within the region.

Schedule and Location:

• Itinerant position serving several schools.
• Approximately 16 hours per week.
• Based in North Lakewood, WA.
• Immediate start, continuing through the end of the school year.
