A healthcare professional is needed to provide telehealth nursing services in a school setting located in Denver, CO. This contract position involves working approximately 5 hours per week, focusing on the coordination and implementation of individualized healthcare plans and IEPs for students.

Key responsibilities include conducting telehealth assessments, managing healthcare needs in accordance with students' IEPs, and collaborating with an onsite Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for supervision. The role also requires frequent communication with parents to address healthcare concerns and ensure comprehensive care support for students.

Qualifications and experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Colorado
• Current Certification in Diabetes Education (CDE) is mandatory
• Expertise in school nursing practices, especially telehealth
• Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and healthcare plans
• Ability to work closely with LVNs and educate families effectively
