Work with students identified as twice-exceptional (2e), balancing giftedness and learning disabilities. This specialized role supports accurate identification and unique programming needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations that identify both strengths and challenges
Collaborate with gifted/talented and special education staff
Develop enrichment plans and IEP supports for 2e learners
Provide counseling focused on perfectionism, anxiety, and self-esteem
Educate parents and teachers on neurodiverse strengths

Highly Competitive pay rate: $50-$52/hr FOR DIRECT AND INDIRECT SERVICES
School hours

VOCOVISION Requirements

Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders

Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance

Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)

Home computer with high internet speed

Passed basic tech screening

Interview Process:

10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
