Position Overview:
In this fully virtual role, you will conduct evaluations, provide counseling, and collaborate with school teams and families to support student success. Youll play a key role in developing and implementing effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each students needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services

• Provide virtual counseling and crisis support to students and families

• Develop and manage IEPs and BIPs aligned with individual student needs

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student growth and success

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field

• Active and valid School Psychologist license in the state of Connecticut

• At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting

• Experience with virtual service delivery is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and effectively within a remote team environment
