Position Overview:
In this fully virtual role, you will conduct evaluations, provide counseling, and collaborate with school teams and families to support student success. Youll play a key role in developing and implementing effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each students needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services

Provide virtual counseling and crisis support to students and families

Develop and manage IEPs and BIPs aligned with individual student needs

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student growth and success
Qualifications:

Masters degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field

Active and valid School Psychologist license in the state of Connecticut

At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting

Experience with virtual service delivery is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and effectively within a remote team environment
