K-5 Licensed Remote School Psychologist | Georgia
A licensed school psychologist with expertise in telehealth services is sought to provide remote support for students across grades K-12. This contract opportunity offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for a balance between professional commitments and personal time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations via telehealth platforms for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing consultation and support to schools to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in virtual meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a school psychologist.
- Proven experience in delivering telehealth psychological services within educational settings.
- Strong understanding of developmental and educational psychology across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills adaptable to virtual environments.
- Ability to manage a flexible work schedule effectively.
Location: This role supports students remotely and does not require on-site presence. Candidates residing in or near Augusta, GA, are preferred but not mandatory.
