Online School Psychologist in IL

An opening is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services, serving students in grades K-8. This contract position involves managing a cross-categorical caseload and requires a commitment of 35 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year. The location for this role is Joliet, IL.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for a diverse student population
• Providing telehealth counseling and support services
• Collaborating with educational staff and families to develop individualized education plans
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations

Qualifications required:

• Possession of a Professional Educator's License (PEL) valid for Illinois schools, issued by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
• Experience working with K-8 students and cross-categorical caseloads
• Strong skills in telehealth delivery of psychological services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
