Online School Psychologist in LA

A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services within an educational setting. This position supports students' mental health and educational development through virtual assessments, consultations, and interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments remotely to identify students' learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide recommendations
• Delivering telehealth counseling and crisis intervention for students requiring mental health support
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies to meet educational and emotional goals
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and confidentiality standards

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience providing telehealth psychological services in a school environment
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, educational laws, and mental health practices relevant to children and adolescents
