Teletherapy School Psychologist in SC
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services in a school setting located in Summerville, South Carolina. This role focuses on delivering psychological assessments, interventions, and consultation remotely to support student mental health and educational success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpreting results
- Delivering telehealth counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies
- Monitoring student progress and providing ongoing consultation to school staff
- Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Proven experience delivering telehealth services within educational settings
- Knowledge of educational laws, special education processes, and psychological testing instruments
