Position Overview:
In this fully virtual role, you will conduct student assessments, provide counseling, and work collaboratively with educators and families to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Your efforts will contribute directly to the success and well-being of students throughout Kansas.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough psychoeducational evaluations to assess eligibility for special education services

Provide virtual counseling and crisis intervention support to students and families

Develop and oversee IEPs and BIPs customized to meet individual student needs

Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to encourage positive student outcomes
Qualifications:

Masters degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field

Current and valid School Psychologist license in Kansas
-
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a school-based environment

Experience with virtual counseling and support is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
