About the Role

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K12 students throughout Maryland. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to deliver individualized, evidence-based care while partnering with educators and families to support student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans that support students academic and developmental goals

• Facilitate engaging, research-backed teletherapy sessions using secure online platforms

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress

• Maintain clear and timely documentation of assessments, sessions, and outcomes

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

• Active Maryland SLP license

• Certification or authorization to practice in Maryland schools (such as through the Maryland State Department of Education, if required)
