About the Role
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K12 students throughout Maryland. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to deliver individualized, evidence-based care while partnering with educators and families to support student outcomes.
Responsibilities

Conduct virtual evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement customized therapy plans that support students academic and developmental goals

Facilitate engaging, research-backed teletherapy sessions using secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress

Maintain clear and timely documentation of assessments, sessions, and outcomes
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Maryland SLP license
-
Certification or authorization to practice in Maryland schools (such as through the Maryland State Department of Education, if required)
