Vermont SLP 25/26 School Year (Teletherapy)

This 100% virtual position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students who rely on your expertise and support.

Position Overview:
As a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will manage a diverse caseload of Vermont students with varying communication needs. Youll conduct engaging therapy sessions, perform assessments, collaborate with educators and families, and help students reach their communication goals all through a secure teletherapy platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K12 students across Vermont

• Conduct evaluations and assessments in alignment with Vermont state and district standards

• Attend IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and maintain clear and accurate documentation

• Monitor and report on student progress and session outcomes

• Maintain regular communication with school staff and families to support student success

• Utilize digital tools and resources to create interactive and effective therapy sessions

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Vermont SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

• Minimum of two years of recent school-based experience (teletherapy experience preferred but not required)

• Proficient with technology and virtual therapy platforms

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection
