A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to support students in a school setting. This role is based in Boston, MA, serving kindergarten through 2nd-grade students within a single building. The position offers a structured schedule and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the communication development of young learners.

Key Details:

  • Contract duration: April 1 to June 18
  • Hours per week: 32.5
  • Caseload: Approximately 32 students
  • Age group: Kindergarten to 2nd grade

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services tailored to the needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student goals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support efforts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with early childhood populations, especially K-2 students
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, educators, and families
  • Knowledge of school-based therapy requirements and documentation standards
