Texas Virtual K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist (1099 Contractor)

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to K-12 students in Texas entirely through virtual platforms. Your responsibilities will include conducting formal assessments, developing individualized education programs, and providing targeted teletherapy interventions. This position demands excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain seamless coordination with school teams, parents, and students. You will be instrumental in supporting student communication development that fosters academic growth and social engagement, all while ensuring compliance with Texas education and telehealth regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer virtual speech and language assessments.

• Conduct teletherapy sessions focused on articulation, language, voice, and fluency.

• Collaborate virtually with educational teams on IEP development.

• Document therapy progress and participate in remote meetings.

• Adhere to TEA policies and telehealth guidelines.

VOCOVISION Requirements

Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders

Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance

Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)

Home computer with high internet speed

Passed basic tech screening

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
