School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Casa Grande, Arizona

A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed to serve students at an elementary school in Casa Grande, AZ. This full-time role requires managing a diverse caseload with a strong focus on organization and collaboration within a supportive team environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Casa Grande, AZ
• Site: Magma Ranch Elementary School
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM; Wednesdays 8:00 AM 12:45 PM
• FTE: 1.0 (40 hours per week)
• Caseload: 57 students, including 15 students with Speech or Language Impairments (SLI-only)
• Team: Supported by an SLPA who attends twice weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.
• Manage a caseload that includes a range of communication disorders, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize strong organizational and delegation skills to coordinate therapy priorities, schedules, and paperwork efficiently.
• Support the SLPA and provide supervision as needed.
• Engage in problem-solving and develop strategies to overcome challenges associated with a large and varied caseload.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Proven experience managing high caseloads in school settings with efficient organization.
