A full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Cleveland, OH, serving an elementary school environment with grades Pre-K through 5. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic educational setting with a focus on supporting diverse learners, including students with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students from Pre-K to 5th grade.
• Manage a weighted caseload of approximately 80 students.
• Deliver compensatory services to address therapy needs that accumulated during a vacancy since October.
• Work closely with classrooms housing Pre-K and K-5 students on the autism spectrum.
• Support students utilizing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and AAC devices.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a substantial caseload and compensatory service requirements.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and engage effectively with students and staff.
