Located in Grass Valley, CA, this contract opportunity seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services in a school setting. The role focuses on evaluating and treating students with speech and language disorders, supporting their communication development through evidence-based practices and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions aiming to achieve defined speech and language goals
  • Monitor, document, and track student progress accurately and consistently
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and administrators to coordinate care
  • Educate and engage families to support therapy goals and involve them in the intervention process

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in the respective state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
