A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a CCC certification is needed for a contract position located in Gridley, CA. This role involves supporting middle school students with moderate to severe needs across two adjacent sites. The position requires in-person service delivery and offers a part-time caseload with full-time responsibilities due to compensatory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to middle school students with moderate to severe needs
- Manage caseload across two neighboring school sites
- Deliver individualized assessments and therapy sessions in person
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective communication plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in middle school settings
- Ability to manage a moderate to severe caseload effectively
