Pediatric Speech Therapist in Litchfield, MN

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within an elementary school setting in Litchfield, MN. This onsite contract role offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, spread across three days. The caseload consists of approximately 17-20 students ranging from Pre-K through 5th grade, providing a focused and manageable environment to deliver high-quality speech therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and adjust therapy goals as necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license required.
• Experience working in school settings, pediatrics, or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 17-20 elementary students.
