Speech and Language Pathologist in Marysville, CA
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Marysville, CA, offering a unique blend of responsibilities that equate to a full-time role due to comprehensive service expectations. This position requires an SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), experienced in working with middle school students with moderate to severe disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students at two middle school sites located adjacent to each other.
- Deliver in-person assessments, interventions, and ongoing support tailored to meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to implement effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and progress monitored.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC is mandatory.
- Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities in a school setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple sites efficiently.
This contract position begins ASAP and continues through June 5, 2026. The role requires availability for in-person services and offers a schedule that, while part-time in direct caseload hours, will function as full-time due to the scope of compensatory services.
