An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential support to elementary students in New London, MN. This part-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact working with a caseload of approximately 17-20 students from Pre-K through 5th grade.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
Familiarity with SLP best practices including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse speech and language disorders
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Location: New London, Minnesota onsite role within an elementary school environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
Monitor and document student progress regularly
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students communication goals
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed

Work Schedule:

20 hours per week, typically spread over 3 days
