Position Overview:

As a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, youll work with a diverse caseload of students with a variety of communication needs. You will deliver therapy sessions, conduct assessments, collaborate with educators and families, and help students reach their communication goalsall through a secure teletherapy platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K12 students across Missouri

• Perform evaluations and assessments in compliance with state and district guidelines

• Attend IEP meetings, contribute to goal planning, and provide documentation and progress reports

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and therapy sessions

• Communicate consistently with school teams and families to ensure effective support

• Integrate digital tools to enhance therapy engagement and learning outcomes

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Missouri SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

• Minimum of two years of recent experience in a school-based setting (teletherapy experience is a plus)

• Proficient with digital communication platforms and comfortable delivering therapy virtually

• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to student success

• Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection
