Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Paynesville, MN

This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support at an elementary school in Paynesville, MN. The role is onsite, offering 20 hours per week spread across three days, working with a caseload of approximately 17-20 students from Pre-K through 5th grade. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in pediatric speech-language therapy to support communication development in a school setting.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in elementary schools
• Knowledge of Speech Language Pathology in both healthcare and school settings
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, teachers, and families

Role responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized speech therapy plans
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to support student communication needs
• Monitoring and documenting student progress regularly
