Texas Independent Telepractice Speech-Language Pathologist (1099 Contractor)

Operate as an independent telepractice Speech-Language Pathologist providing remote therapy services to students in Texas schools. You will manage your own caseload, conducting evaluations, creating therapy plans, and delivering teletherapy sessions while collaborating virtually with families and school teams. This contractor role requires self-motivation, excellent communication, and adherence to TEA and HIPAA regulations to ensure quality and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions using innovative technology.

• Schedule and lead virtual IEP meetings.

• Maintain accurate records and manage billing as a contractor.

• Adhere to Texas state laws and telehealth requirements.

VOCOVISION Requirements

Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders

Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance

Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)

Home computer with high internet speed

Passed basic tech screening

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
