A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide comprehensive services at an elementary school in Queen Creek, AZ. This contract position offers a full-time schedule with a caseload that challenges your expertise and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities include delivering speech and language services to a diverse caseload of 57 students, including 15 with Speech or Language Impairment (SLI) only, within the school hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with Wednesdays ending earlier at 12:45 PM. You will work closely with an SLPA who supports the caseload twice weekly, enabling collaborative care for student needs. Your role is essential in addressing a broad range of speech and language challenges with professionalism and adaptability.
Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC certification
- Proven ability to manage high caseloads effectively
- Strong organizational and delegation skills to balance multiple responsibilities
- Comfort and experience working with varied student needs, including severe impairments
