Speech Pathology - Rudyard, MI

A K-12 school in Rudyard, MI is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for the current school year under a contract position. This role involves supporting students across all grade levels, with a focus on effective communication development and individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
• Provide direct therapy services as well as consult with teachers and staff regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all caseload students in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in evaluations and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP certification/license appropriate for school settings.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage caseload and work collaboratively within a school team.
