Contract SLP Serve Students with Complex Needs (West Virginia)

This 1099 contract opportunity is perfect for SLPs with a passion for working with students who have significant communication needs, including those in self-contained or specialized programs. We are partnering with districts in West Virginia to place dedicated clinicians who can implement creative, individualized interventions.

Duties:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students with autism, developmental disabilities, and complex disorders

• Assess and implement AAC systems

• Work closely with special education teams and paraprofessionals

• Develop and revise IEPs with functional, measurable goals

• Train staff and caregivers in use of communication tools

• Monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed

VOCOVISION Requirements

Must have a Master's Degree

Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance

Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)

Home computer with high internet speed

Passed basic tech screening

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
