SLP in Seminole, OK
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support students in a school setting located in Seminole, OK. This role focuses on identifying and treating speech and language disorders to improve students' communication skills and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support each student's progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
- Excellent assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
