A full-time, contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services. This role serves a high school caseload consisting of approximately 55 students with mild to moderate, and some severe, disabilities. The position is based in Arvin, CA, within a school setting.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering speech-language pathology services through teletherapy platforms
Managing a diverse caseload of high school students with varying speech and language needs
Collaborating with onsite facilitators provided by the district to support student engagement and therapy effectiveness
Utilizing the Student Information Reporting and Accountability System (SIRAS) for documentation and reporting
Adhering to school policies and state regulations regarding special education services

Preferred qualifications include:

Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
Previous experience working in California schools supporting students with special needs
Proficiency with teletherapy service delivery models and technology
Familiarity with managing caseloads in a school environment, particularly high school settings
Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
