A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services, with bilingual capabilities. This position is based in Aurora, IL, and involves providing remote speech therapy to students within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote speech and language therapy sessions to students using telespeech technology.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adapt therapy methods to accommodate bilingual students and ensure cultural responsiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Illinois.
- Experience conducting telespeech therapy in educational environments.
- Proficiency in bilingual speech-language techniques, preferably in Spanish and English.
