Remote School Speech Therapy - California
A contract opportunity in Bakersfield, CA, is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with telespeech capabilities and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). This role supports students through virtual therapy sessions, delivering effective communication interventions within an educational setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting telepractice speech and language therapy sessions for students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
Desired qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience with telespeech or telepractice platforms
