Position Overview:
As a School-Based Digital Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying students who may be struggling with reading and writing difficulties, offering intervention strategies, and closely monitoring their progress. Youll work alongside educators, parents, and school staff to implement cutting-edge, individualized treatment plans that directly impact students' literacy and communication skills, all while utilizing a digital platform to deliver assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions.
What Youll Be Doing:

Diagnose and Support: Identify students who are at risk of reading and writing challenges, ensuring early intervention and support for success.

Create Tailored Plans: Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each students unique needs and progress, using evidence-based practices.

Collaborate Effectively: Build meaningful partnerships with teachers, parents, and fellow staff members to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Tech-Enhanced Therapy: Provide digital assessments and interventions via our innovative platform, utilizing modern tools to engage students and track progress.

Advocate for Literacy Excellence: Be a leader in promoting effective literacy practices throughout the school community, helping to shape the future of education for students.

Monitor and Report Progress: Consistently document therapy sessions and student outcomes to ensure accurate, up-to-date records that help guide further intervention.
What Were Looking For:

Active SLP-CCC License in Maryland: A must for eligibility.

Experience Matters: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in school-based settings, where youve successfully implemented therapy plans and worked with diverse student needs.

Professional Liability Insurance: Obtaining a policy is required once you accept a position.

Tech-Savvy: A proficiency in using digital platforms for assessments, therapy, and communication. Youll need to pass a tech screening to join our digital team.

Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with students, parents, and school professionals.
