Full-Time SLP Outpatient Clinic Opportunity
As a Speech Language Pathologist in our schools, you will provide direct therapy, consultation, and staff training to support students with speech and language impairments. Youll be responsible for documenting progress, participating in eligibility meetings, and advocating for students needs within the educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current WisconsinSLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

In this role, you will deliver speech and language services to students in both individual and group settings, focusing on improving articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and fluency. Youll work closely with teachers to integrate communication strategies into classroom routines and activities.
