Position Overview:
Soliant is looking for a dedicated, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across Massachusetts through virtual teletherapy. This remote role empowers you to deliver impactful speech and language services from your home office while supporting student communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions tailored to K12 students

Develop and implement IEP goals; monitor and report student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with school and state requirements

Participate in virtual IEP and team meetings, offering expertise and collaborating with educators and families

Use engaging digital tools and creative strategies to enhance therapy effectiveness in an online setting
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in school-based or pediatric settings

Proficient with teletherapy platforms and digital resources

Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
