SLP Remote in MD

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing teletherapy and school-based services. This role involves supporting students through remote speech therapy sessions as well as direct intervention within elementary and middle school settings.

Locations include:

• Warwick Elementary School and North Dorchester Middle School (immediate start)
• Choptank Elementary School (starting April 1st)

Contract duration extends through June 10th, 2026, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Experience delivering teletherapy and in-school speech-language services
• Familiarity with school-based therapy protocols and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions using telepractice and in-person techniques
• Collaborate with educators to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school district policies
• Provide timely communication with parents and school staff regarding student progress
