Speech and Language Support Provider SLP Remote
Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
Transform the way students communicate through teletherapy. As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work with K-12 students to address speech and language challenges such as articulation, fluency, and language processing. This remote position gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a lasting impact on students' academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Illinois SLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours $40-55+ (dependent on contractor experience/district budget)
