Virtual School-Based Speech Therapy - Montana
A Speech Language Pathologist is needed for a fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity supporting school-based teletherapy services. This role provides speech-language therapy to students through virtual platforms, ensuring effective communication interventions in a remote learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions via telepractice to school-aged children
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students communication needs
- Collaborating remotely with clinical and technical support teams to optimize service delivery
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
- Adapting therapy methods and materials to engage students effectively in a virtual format
Qualifications sought:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in school settings
- Experience or comfort with virtual therapy service delivery preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of teletherapy platforms and technology-related troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing schedules and caseloads
- Relevant licensure and certifications as required by the state for practicing speech-language pathology
This contract offers the flexibility of a work-from-home arrangement while providing access to clinical and technical teams for support. This position is based in the Columbia Falls, MT area but performed entirely remotely.
