Key Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Must be from an accredited program that meets Pennsylvanias educational standards.
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP): Required certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Pennsylvania State Licensure: Must currently hold or be eligible for licensure as a speech-language pathologist in Pennsylvania.
Experience: At least two years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, parents, and administrators.
