Remote Speech-Language Pathologist for Schools
Looking for a licensed Remote SLP to provide telepractice services to school children. Duties include virtual assessments, IEP goal creation, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring. The role requires consistent communication with families and school personnel to ensure effective support. Familiarity with school policies and educational documentation standards is helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Rhode IslandSLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
