Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - West Virginia - School-Based

About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to K12 students across West Virginia. This part-time role is designed for an SLP who wants flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students communication and academic development.

What Youll Do:

• Provide virtual speech and language therapy sessions to K12 students

• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and contribute to IEP planning

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support carryover of skills

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team discussions as needed

• Ensure services comply with West Virginia state, district, and federal requirements

What You Bring:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active West Virginia SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Familiarity with IEP processes, compliance, and progress monitoring

• Comfort using teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
