A school district in Arizona is looking for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a need for the upcoming school year. The caseload requires an organized clinician with effective communication skills that can handle a caseload of anywhere between 30-50 students K-12.

Job Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
• School-based working experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Familiar with the IEP process and able to act as caseload manager
• General computer knowledge

Job Description:

• Guaranteed Hourly Pay Rate: $45-$52 including direct and indirect services
• Work within school hours for a great work-life balance
• Conduct virtual assessments of students speech and communication abilities, track progress, and recommend appropriate speech therapy interventions to support their communication and learning goals.
• Collaborate remotely with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and update IEPs for students within the district.
• Offer virtual training and guidance to family members, caregivers, and other professionals as needed.
