Telehealth School-Based Speech Therapy | Michigan
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide telespeech and in-school speech therapy services within an educational setting located in Flint, MI. This role supports students in developing and improving communication skills through both virtual and in-person methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.
- Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions via telespeech platforms and on-site in the school setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Experience in school-based speech therapy services.
- Familiarity with telespeech technologies and virtual therapy delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying student needs.
