About the Role
A large, forward-thinking school district in Texas is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our virtual services team. This fully remote position allows you to support K12 students across the district, helping them strengthen their communication skills and achieve their academic goalsall from the comfort of your home.
What Youll Do

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to identify student needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Deliver engaging and effective online therapy sessions

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Collaborate regularly with teachers, campus staff, families, and special education teams

Ensure all services comply with district policies and state/federal guidelines, including FERPA and HIPAA
What Were Looking For

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology

At least two years of experience working with school-aged children (experience in public school settings and virtual therapy preferred)

Strong technology skills with access to a reliable computer and internet connection

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
