Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in MI
A virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for licensed professionals in Michigan seeking contract roles within the educational setting. This position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules and involves providing telespeech services to support students communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate on student goals and progress.
- Manage case documentation and communication for assigned students to ensure consistent care.
- Provide caseload relief to support school staff and accommodate student needs.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license valid in Michigan.
- Experience with teletherapy and virtual service delivery models.
- Knowledge of school-based therapy requirements and protocols.
- Ability to perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized interventions remotely.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage case responsibilities effectively.
