Remote School Speech Therapy - Massachusetts
A 35-hour per week Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification is needed to support a Pre-K through 2nd-grade caseload at an elementary school located in Greenfield, MA. This contract position offers the opportunity to utilize comprehensive expertise in speech and language services within a school-based environment.
Responsibilities include performing the full range of speech-language pathology duties, supporting a caseload of young students, collaborating closely with three Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and one part-time SLP-CCC to deliver effective therapy services, and maintaining detailed documentation in accordance with the IEP process. The role requires adaptability to integrate smoothly within the existing team and provide services both in-person and virtually as needed.
Key qualifications and experience desired:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials
- Proven school-based experience in Massachusetts
- Extensive virtual service delivery experience, demonstrating the ability to self-manage and operate independently
- Comfort with a flexible work approach, able to adjust to team needs and varying student demands
- Strong organizational skills and thorough knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation requirements
